Three-system central HVAC installation

10 +++ From beginning discussing with Vitale at my home and Brandi’s assistance with Loans & scheduling, warranties, rebates to end with Igor and his team for installation. This company was very professional & definitely knows their product- in my case (3) Central ac units complete with furnaces were installed.

Workmanship -immaculate (they even take shoes off while in my home). Knowledge of product I give them a 10 plus! Very trustworthy & responsible, got the job completed in a short time frame & with perfection! I highly recommend this “superior” company!

Two-zone HVAC replacement

We recently had our entire two-zone HVAC system replaced by City Ventilation, including units in both the basement and attic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team completed the entire installation in just one day, which was incredibly impressive. What surprised me even more was how clean and organized they were throughout the process. They treated our home with care and left everything spotless when the job was finished.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Brandy was fantastic—she helped register our warranty, guided us through the rebate process, and made everything easy and stress-free. Vitali was extremely responsive, took the time to explain every detail of the installation, answered all of our questions, and even provided helpful recommendations on filters and system maintenance.

The workmanship was outstanding, and the new system is running great so far. We’re looking forward to enjoying the trouble free comfort for many years to come. Corrective HVAC installation

I cannot recommend City Ventilations enough. I was in a very stressful situation after a previous contractor left my HVAC installation incomplete and improperly connected at my rental property, leaving my tenant without AC during hot weather.

Vitali, Harry, Igor, and Brandi stepped in and handled everything with professionalism and expertise from start to finish. They quickly identified everything the original contractor had done wrong. Then they corrected all of it, got the system running properly, and provided a detailed written scope of work documenting their findings.

On top of the quality of their work, their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Brandi was incredibly responsive and helpful on the administrative side, and the technicians were knowledgeable and thorough on site. They turned a nightmare situation into a resolved one.

Urgent HVAC replacement

My AC stopped working on July 4th. My house was 94°. I left a voicemail at City Ventilations that night and they called me back by 8:30 the next morning. Very professional prompt service. They gave me an excellent price to replace my entire HVAC system. They completed the job in two days. Would highly recommend them.
