I had an issue w my condenser, called City Ventilation, llc , spoke to Vitali about the issue, he sent his men out they assessed the issue told me how much it would be to fix and the cost of a new unit would be cheaper. I advised Vitali I wanted to replace the unit, scheduled the replacement and lo and behold; they were there replacing the unit before I even woke up.. I definitely was satisfied with the finished job and would refer this company for any hvac projects! Vitali and his crew I give them a 10/10 rating overall. I cannot recommend City Ventilations enough. I was in a very stressful situation after a previous contractor left my HVAC installation incomplete and improperly connected at my rental property, leaving my tenant without AC during hot weather. Vitali, Harry, Igor, and Brandi stepped in and handled everything with professionalism and expertise from start to finish. They quickly identified everything the original contractor had done wrong. Then they corrected all of it, got the system running properly, and provided a detailed written scope of work documenting their findings. On top of the quality of their work, their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Brandi was incredibly responsive and helpful on the administrative side, and the technicians were knowledgeable and thorough on site.
